Prompt Engineering Reflection
What I put into ChatGPT to receive my two alternative resumes is that I asked it to “Please take my original resume and create me an alternative resume for a marketing career and a separate one for an administration career” and I attached a screenshot of my original resume to the chatbox. One drastic change from the original to the AI is that the AI didn’t transfer over the fonts and styles. Another thing that ChatGPT has made changes from the original to the alternative is that they used more sophisticated language. AI also was not able to transfer over the link to my LinkedIn. There is a lot that you can learn from prompt engineering, but one of the main things that I learned is that you can’t rely on AI to give you exactly what you are looking for. It may take a few attempts to get what you are actually looking for.
